 this is me coaching th ones who turned up todae! hey readers:) im damn tired todae:(! bOO!:( reached home ard 7.15pm 2dae! we had our sportsmeet training! n i think my run is not tat gd! need m0re trainig left 1 week b4 the day comes! we are preparing as much as we can sehk! todae who turned up at jurong west satdium me amirah n liana reached at 3.35pm haniss,zul,faiz,shahrul,haikal,nazrul& syafiq turned up at 4++ we practiced alot..jog abt 6 round.... 5.45pm went home walk w th girls n go jp! tats y i reached home late! 1 thing cn described TIRED!TIRED! I NEED practice more my running rusty alr... the pics is wat amirah took candiD~ todae lsn was all ok i lazi to describe todae i think we shld have anthr 1-2 more training b4 sportsmeet comes! till thr readers! tc...
